Hello All,

We have a requirement to setup an Approval Workflow whenever Learner or his Supervisor records the External Learning.

We have configured the "Learning Request" approval rule with below condition - 

(Learning Item.result.Learning Item Type == "ORA_NON_CATALOG") & Approver: Learning Specialist.

System is triggering approval request for Transaction: Request Non-Catalog Learning Item.

Approval is not getting triggered for transaction: Record External Learning. It is getting Auto-Approved.

Please share your input if we have missed anything here.
