I have a few issues when creating communities, and would appreciate some assistance:

I have created an open community, and added required members, I then added two learning assignments. After running the 'Deploy Required Viewing to Targeted Users' process, the assignments have been duplicated to the members, I can see different 'Learning Record Numbers' on each assignment.

When adding the assignments, I selected to assign learning to 'New required members on joining this community', I then added new community members, and I am wondering what process I must run to allocate this learning to them, as it is not happening automatically. Is there a process that must be scheduled?
