Skillsoft integration: flow from OLC to skillsoft

Hello,

I have a question related to the skillsoft integration. We setup the integration in our production environment but we don't understand if there is a flow from Oracle Learning Cloud to Skilldsoft. Skillsoft said that can monitor all users that enroll oracle courses but I don't understand how can do this.
