Error in transactions like promote, change location, direct reports from HR and Manager login

Our test environment is upgraded to 20B but I am facing an error in all quick action pages like change location, promote or manager direct report page from HR and manager login .I need help on this urgently. I have attached the document with the error

The error is coming after click on quick action and  select the employee and then click continue button
