Learning assessments - ability for line managers to mark them

Our client has a requirement that once a learner has completed a learning item and completed their assessment, that their line manager will be able to provide them some feedback on their assessment. 

Is there any capability to do this in learning? If not, do we know if this is on the roadmap?
