Adding text to RUX pages

Has anyone found a way to configure text on the responsive pages?  Our requirement would be for both Employee Self Service such as Family and Emergency Contacts and Manager Self Service/HR transactions such as Promote or Change Legal Employer.  We wish to add our own instructions/guidance for completing the fields on the page.
