couldnt need to use Fusion PIM (product information managment) as a product master in CPQ

Steps to produce issue

1-we request from oracle support via SR to integrate our CPQ with OSC  and to allow OSC to be product master in order to can import parts from OSC to CPQ .

2-in Admin >> Parts >> Integration

3-integration list include "Import parts"

4-we open it and add required fields (End point URL, XSL Generator , XSL Parser)

5-but after we try to import the status of transaction became completed but the number of read items equal zero.

so please i need advice on why there is no items inserted.
