Prevent forecast consumption

Content

Hi,

This is in reference to the post "Q&A for "What's New in Demand-Driven Inventory Replenishment in Oracle Demand Management Cloud", specifically Question #9 on Mult-Echelon planning.

As suggested in the post, if we create a two plan approach and take the planned orders from the parent plan and input then as external demand schedule in the child plan, then I assume it would be subjected to forecast consumption in the child plan. How should we avoid forecast consumption against this demand schedule as this represents the planned order demand coming from the parent plan?

Howdy, Stranger!
