Hide the Add Address button

Hide or disable the Add button on Personal Information/ Contact Information/ Address

I am trying to hide or disable the Add button on the Personal Information/ Contact Info/ Address area to prevent users adding multiple addresses.

I was able to do this on the classic UI page using Page Composer, but am unable to replicate this in UX.

Does anyone know of a way of doing this?
