20B update to community behaviour

Unable to assign learning within a community

Hi

We've had 20B applied to our test environment and I see that an enhancement within Learning communities is;

"You can only assign learning items to learners within a Community if those learning items exist in the Community’s catalog"

I've added a learning item from the learning catalog into the community catalog but I no longer has an Assign button within the community to enable me to assign the item to community members.  Wondering if anyone can help me with why the assign button has vanished?
