Query to verify Department Classification in Projects

HI Team,

 

Could you please help me with Query  to find the results of Department ,whether classified as Project Task owning org or Expenditure Org  or not yet classified.

 

Currently  Departments are creating  in DRM and interfaced to Projects, But  new departments are unable to identify for classification and  some time costs are running to error due no non classifcation as exp.organisation.

 

Please Help.
