20B- Add/edit button missing from some quick links

During my 20B regression testing i noticed that Add/edit button are missing from below quick action in responsive UI

1)contact info quick link - while adding/editing address
2)Person detail quick link - add/edit button missing
3)identification quick link

Due to this HR Admin is unable to add or edit any information.

Moreover, HRAdmin is able to add edit above task through person management but not from quick links

Any idea ?
