20B What to Learn Navigation Change

In the readiness documentation,  it is noted that the NAVIGATION TO WHAT TO LEARN HAS MOVED

"The What to Learn app has been moved from the root navigation menu to the Quick Action navigation menu. Click Show More if necessary, and then scroll down to Learning."

We have planned to use this as our landing page for learners since the NUX Learning page will not provide the desired user experience. This change is quite disruptive for customers who choose to use the WTL page as an entry point for learners.

Can someone confirm if the "What to Learn" app can be added back to the root navigation in structure?
