Video uploading very slow

Trying to upload a Mp4 video and taking forever to loadContent
Hello Team,
Sorry to raise this issue again, this time I am attaching the steps I am following to upload a video into the Course.
1) Video is uploaded into FTP 2) Video size is 380 MB 3) Video is in MP4 format 4) Created a course and called the video using below code:
"<Video src="https://stgappsassociates.learn.taleo.net/files/upload/Recordings/Technical/2020/Apex Training1.mp4?autoplay=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></Video>"
It took 12 mins to load the video and even for the end users it taking 15 mins to load the video. Any one has suggestions. I raised an SR but no response yet.
