We can sell knowledge to external people using Learning?

Hi

I have a question about Learning.

Is it possible to offer the courses that I have in my catalog to my clients? I mean, I work for a consulting partner, so I'm trrying to promote we buy the product and use it for internal use creating our communities, but also, want to know if we can sell courses to our clients created and imparted for us, using Oracle Learning, I'm ask this becouse I see you can put a cost for a course when you are creating it.
if this it's possible how the buyers can acces to the courses in the system catalog, they need a generic user? what happen with the licenses?
