Proper course enrollment in 20b NUX feed.

Trying to understand the best way to assign a course in NUX

So we have been using OLC since last september. Majority of our courses just have 2 offering with multiple activities. When a user is assigned/enrolled in a course, the login and see the course under required learning. Now with the NUX feed, they see it under current learning or required learning. The question I have is this, in the normal feed, when the user clicks on start it automatically goes into the only offering that is available, then the user completes the learning and is good to go, but in the nux feed, the user hits start and then is
