I can't connect to my VM using the public IP Address

Hi,

I've created VMs using a free account. My VM has a public IP address. I created a VCN, a Subnet with the security list configured and I also configured the routing table.

I'm not able to ping the IP through my windows desktop.

C:\Users\Danilo>ping 168.138.****.****

Pinging 168.138.****.**** with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 168.138.****.****:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

 

I performed a tracert and look where I took a timeout:

C:\Users\Danilo>tracert 168.138.****.****
