Global Item Request Approval

I want to use Item Request process to all organization

Hi,

We use Item Request Approval in the system but just for Global Item Organization on top.

Can I use item request approval for the other organization ? If its yes, How?

On the other hand we need to check which account does match with the category?

I can show account Item Request email template but it separate for Organization and I just send an approval for Global Item organization.

So, Global Item Organization is not important too much actually. We need the other organization information.

How can get this kind of information?
