Unalbe to Access Oracle Learn Setup

Hi All, 

 

New to Oracle learn. I am trying to access the setups for Learn under My Client Group--> Learn. When I click on setup or Admin or catalog I get the below error:

"You cannot access this page because no person ID exists for your user name".

 

I am not an employee nor I have an employee record in the system to go to Manage Accounts and get this fixed. I am a non-employee or administrator who needs to provide support to the customer.
