V3 Seniority Date Filters

Hello,
We recently migrated our test instance to V3 seniority dates so we could do some validation before migrating production. Everything seemed fine, but we're also starting to test using pending workers and I've noticed their Enterprise Seniority date is not calculating correctly. It looks like we need to set the Worker Type for that rule to only include employees, so their time in the pending status isn't counted. I can see the field, but it's not available to edit on the existing rules. I'm also not able to delete/inactivate the current rule in order to make a new one. What
