DFF and EFF support in Add Pending Worker Quick Action

The quick action to Add Pending Worker does not have all the available fields as it does through New Person>Add Pending Worker navigation

When will Descriptive Flexfields and Extensible Flexfields be supported in the Add Pending Worker Quick Action?  We are using the New Person>Add Pending Worker link through Apps now as a workaround
