Who to Upload bank reconciliation for 5 months ?

We have 5 months of bank statements we didn't reconcile yet,

The autoreconciliation won't work due to configuration issues we have in our system,

so the only option we have is manual reconciliation, but it's so hard and will take lots of time, as we have 12 bank accounts to reconcile with, 

 

so is there any other way to reconcile the bank statements?
