FCC: Conversion rate on a FCCS_ClosingBalance query

Hi all

From our understanding FCCS deals with conversion as follows:

When an entity is has a foreign currency, it makes a conversion. In that conversion, under the BALANCE accounts, the movements convert the data as follows:

- FCCS_OpeningBalance to Historical Rate

- Rest of Movements to Average rate of the month

Then, if in an account, such as FCCS_ClosingBalance has a value of “0” under the  Entity Currency but it has a movements under FCCS_OpeningBalance of 1000€ and a movement is -1000, the conversion causes FCCS_ClosingBalance in Parent Currency to be different from the original value of “0”, because FCCS_OpeningBalance
