Can we personalize error message of document of record?

Hello All,
I have a requirement wherein for specific document of type, attachment should be mandatory.
As this functionality is not yet available, I have added minimum document count while defining Document of type and it gives me a seeded error message as below if attachment is not there.

For the selected document type, you must upload the following minimum number of attachments: 1. (PER-1532118)

I want to personalize the content in this seeded Error message.
Please let me know if this can be achievable.
