Hi Experts - 

We are testing RUX, and on the Convert a Pending Worker process, the transaction landed in the Line/Hiring Manager login.  It is only found in the Things to Finish area.  Our line/hiring managers do not do these tasks today, and we only want the Convert a Pending Worker to land in the HR Specialist area.  Do you know what I need to turn on/enable to make this change?
