Hello,

We had to change the username for an existing user and now the user is unable to login to OTBI. He gets the http server error - "Error 500--Internal Server Error", whenever he clicks on 'Browse Catalog'. He is able to access all other areas OK but just not the OTBI. After changing the username, I ran these below jobs. Are there any other jobs I need to run? 

  1. Import User and Role Application Security Data 

  2. Send Personal Data for Multiple Users to LDAP

  3. Send Pending LDAP Requests
