Looking for webservices to capture Quality Results for Maintenance Work Orders

We are looking for a solution to capture quality results for Maintenance Work Orders - We tried using the following API as documented :

https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-management/20b/fasrp/op-fscmrestapi-resources-11.13.18.05-inspectionevents-post.html

However, the webservice returns the following error :  "The value of the attribute InventoryItemId isn't valid" - Even though we verified the data is correct.Attached is the document which shows the requirement and the API details.

Is there a solution or different webservice or any other way that can be used?
