Change the Behavior of Idle Session Timeout

The current behavior of the idle session timeout should be changed. Currently the idle timeout session is 10 minutes and after this expires, the page refreshes. However, the page doesnt refresh immediately after the timeout. It waits for the user to enter some input or make do some action on the page and then the page refreshes. This leads to a very uncomfortable UX experience to the users.

Use Case and Business Need

Many of the times, users will open a contact/opportunity/Lead record in CRM and then keep the record open in the UI and get on to some work like calling the contact or the prospect and have a discussion. This discussion might go on for more than 10 minutes, and when the user returns back to the application, the UI is intact so the user starts entering the data in the record and after 10-15 seconds, the page automatically refreshes and the user loses that data. The reason for this is Idle session timeout. If the idle session timeout is reached,
