Hello ~
Specifically looking for Oracle designed work instructions, videos, tutorials, that we can share with our organization's learners on how to do basic functionality in 20A NUX.
For example, when 10,000 users are assigned a required ethics and compliance or safety course, many learners require step-by-step instruction on how to navigate the system - which button to click, how to launch or stream content, etc. It's not intuitive for someone who isn't system savvy or in the system on a regular basis. Many of our employees only access the system a few times a year to complete required training and things change with each release.
