Required Courses & Offerings auto-assigning as Voluntary

Content

Required courses and offerings are auto-assigning as Voluntary instead of Required. Once the course is completed it changes the assignment type from Voluntary to Required, is there a way to correct this? During our implementation, these same courses were set up to auto-assign every year as Required.  Our training compliance report is set up in OTBI and is configured to capture Required courses, the Voluntary assignment is an issue for compliance reporting.
