We are trying to make a determination on the appropriate number of business units to create given our tri-level organization security requirements. We have 100s of schools where we need to be able to segregate the data to prevent schools from being able to see the data from other schools. We also have AREAs that oversee large subsets of the schools but not all schools. The same business rule of segregation of visibility applies at this level. The top level of the organization has requirements to be able to perform audits and other duties which requires them to have visibility
