Hello. 

What role is needed in BI or in Fusion to allow access to customize, manage and create new infolets? 

Goal is to have the ability to connect data, edit and customize Infolets on PIM homepage, as well as other pages. I can only see or reorganize the current set of tiles on the PIM screen. 

Any direction or a link to a document that defines user roles would be a terrific start.
