WHT Tax Certificate not generating if make payment by Payment Process Request (PPR) or Pay-in-Full (From Invoice) Option

Business makes all payments through PPR by Pay Group, for those invoices WHT certificate not generated as per Localization user guide, we need to select "GDF" values at Payment level i.e., Regional Information "Payment for Thailand", Payment Condition: Deducted at Source & Exchange Rate Document Number.

Adding data to these fields possible for "Manual Payments" but this is not working for "Invoice > Pay-in-Full" & PPR payments. Its clearly mentioned in the Thailand Localization user guide.
