Item DFF

Summary

Unable to find DFF i created in the Item creation form

I have created Item Dff in Manage Item DFF and deploy it. it was successful. When i create an item in Product Management Item creation i cannot see the DFF i created. Can some one guide me where is the DFF in the item creation please.
