How to make the Overview, Lines and Parties tabs read-only

Hi, 

We have a business need where the user can create or change the Contracts terms, the Deliberables and Related Contracts, but cannot change, include or exclude the Overview, Lines and Parties tabs (these tabs he must have read-only access).

We managed to customize the fields in these tabs as read-only, but it is possible to include and exclude lines and parties.

Would anyone have any tips on how we can solve this?
