User account created show missing person details

Content

User was created from 'Manager Users' with all the HCM assignments - Job and Manager name.

User account is created but the Associated Worker Information shows only the person name.The person number.Job,Manager Department,etc are missing in the user account screen in security console.

Please advise what setup is missing, the data is not synced.Tried running all the relevant processes Retrieve LDAP, Synchronize person record but no fix yet.
