Agent Completed with Warnings

Hi All,

 

I am creating a report which highlights to the manager that the employee's probation period is approaching. I want to send an automated agent to their manager. I have created the report and the agent runs but the agent is completed with a warning and doesn’t send to the manager. I have used the recipient as "Get recipient from the analysis used in the agent condition" I have tried both "Manager Name" and "Manager Email Address" but both go undelivered to the manager, I however receive the report with the correct details.
