The vacation days should be taken from the accrual of the month in which it is held

Hi There,

We need to create a plan which supposes to give each employee 2 days per month -

if they have more than 2 children under 12 years OR 1 day per month for exactly 2 children under 12 years old.

Eligibility Profile (based on contacts) was created.

After the month ends the accrual grant to the employee, whether exploited or not, suppose to reset, depend on eligibility.

An employee that eligible for the plan in a specific month (even future month) could request day-off, and the accrual which will be spent is taken from the month of the Day-off dates (not the request dates)
