Self-Service approval request notification issue
Summary
Self-Service approval request notification issueContent
Hello,
We are currently preparing to transition to the Responsive UI for Employee and Manager Self-Service. However, we ran into an issue:
With the responsive UX, Worklist and Email Notifications via two separate profile options and values are no longer supported, and the prior release settings are ignored.
This means that if we keep e-mail notifications enabled in the Responsive UI, like they used to be, we are looking at two options:
- We keep the (possibly sensitive) information about the transaction in the notification. In this case, this information will be sent to the approver via an unsecured e-mail, and it will also be accessible in the system.
