ALERTS using Alert Composer : ABSENCE RESOURCES ARE NOT SEEN IN ADD FILTER

ALERTS using Alert Composer : ABSENCE RESOURCES ARE NOT SEEN IN ADD FILTER

Content

Hi ,

I'm not able to create a absence resource alert using alert composer functionality.[ Release 20 a ]  The resource drop down is blank where it should have shown as absences.

Note user has the role which has these three privileges already ,and this is not blank for other resource types like emps etc. only for absences its an issue.

- HRC_ACCESS_ALERTS_COMPOSER_PRIV
- HRC_PROCESS_PREDEFINED_ALERT_PRIV
- Use REST Services - Employees

Oracle SR have confirmed this is a bug and will be fixed later but can any one advise if they have seen it working and how this fix was done. It is actually implying that alerts cannot be created for absences . I know we have OTBI etc. but I'm specifically asking for this particular issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
