Content

  • We created a segment with segment granularity at item organization level.
  • Defined Policy parameters for segment as below:
    • Safety stock Calculation: Days of Cover
    • Safety Stock days of Cover: 2
    • Days of Cover Basis: Forecast
    • Horizon for Avg. Daily Demand: 15
    • Max. Quantity Calculation: Days of Cover
    • Max. Quantity days of Cover: 5
  • Based on above policy parameters we expect average daily demand to be time-phased.
  • Average Daily demand as shown in replenishment policy parameter table is static.
  • Same Static Average Daily Demand drives Min-Max quantity in replenishment workbench for all planning buckets.
  • We expected Average Daily demand to be time-phased.
