Burdening Back Dating Issue

Hi,

I have a query about Burden Schedule Versions, and the From Date of that Version.

This scenario explains the issue:

1. Create a Burden Schedule against a Project
2. Create a Burden Schedule Version linked to the Burden Schedule.
3. The From Date is, e.g. today's date
4. Click the "Build Burden Schedule" button
5. Generate Costs against the Project
6. Go to Projects > Costs > Tasks > Generate Burden Costs
7. Overheads are created against those new Costs
8. Overheads are not created against existing Costs created before the Burden Schedule was created.

Ideally we would want the system to be able to back date the creation of burden costs - e.g. even if a Burden Schedule is created after Costs have been created against the Project, then it would be useful if Generate Burden Costs were to be able to burden costs already created against the project.
