Renewable courses not letting me retake course

Hi All,

We have a self paced course with default assignment rules set to expire every 1 year and renewal option set to after completion.

Expected Behavior : As soon as a learner completes the course they should have the next renewal after completion and they should be able to retake the course

Current  Behavior: After completion system is adding new assignment with No offering selected as the status. As a Learner when i try to retake the course by selecting the offering, the system is not letting me enroll into the course instead it gives view enrollment option.

Has anyone faced similar issue. If so how do we resolve this issue.
