We would like to interface bill of material changes from Agile to Oracle PDH cloud. The changes should be imported into Product Data Hub through a commercialization change order using FBDI templates.

We are able to use FBDI templates to create change orders for updating item revisions and also use item structures FBDI to update bill changes separately.

However, I need to import the structure changes on a change order and take it through the change order approval process before it is implemented. How do I do that since I cannot provide the structure changes on the change order FBDI.
