How to bring budget data from EPM to back to Oracle GL and where to store that so that we can use the budget data in the FRS report out of GL

Our requirement, actual data will be in GL, budget/forecast will be in PBCS, which customer want to bring back to GL so that FRS report can be developed from GL. The advantage for this will be as business is looking for real time data in the report and they want financial report from GL source of truth place.
