Hi

In our Project the requirement is that employee will be able to go to the Self Service and Update his Personal Details

Names/Legislative information ( marital status..) BUT The dont want that managers will be able to Update thier employees Personal Information. How In the design studio for  the personal Information we can configure that it will be editable Only when employee is in his self Service? But when a manger is looking at his employees the Edit Data will not be there??
