When user (especially via ESS/MSS) applies leave in advanced mode to tackle multiple assignments, he/she is not able to apply more than one day at a time. It is really difficult for users to enter 20-30 entries one by one in case number of leave days are more like 20-30 days. Oracle is terming this out as property of responsive mode (invoke with advanced mode). Basically end date field is missing in advanced mode for ess/mss users. For HR specialist, Oracle provides to add range of dates. Ideally they should provide same feature for self-service users as well. I am
