Unable to connect EPMAgent integration agent

Summary

Followed steps to connect EPM Agent, but getting an error.

See image for error.  Unable to connect EPM Agent.  The following are the steps to connecting.

1. Download EPMAgent.zip to C: drive and extracted to EPMAgent

2. Java installled (2.7.1)

3. Created subfolders with CreateAppFolders.bat

4. Update AgentParam.ini file

5. Added Certificate from FCC URL

6. Run EPMAgent C:\EPMAgent\Appdata\Config\AgentParams.ini.

 

Get the following error (see image attached)  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
