Hello team,

We have a simple Learning Request approval setup in the system and it has to trigger approval request only to the line managers when the learners raise request for any course or specialization. This is working for some employees and failing for others. For Failure records - System is not sending any notification and it is remaining in Approval in progress state. 

Please let me know if any of you have come across this scenario and would know the reason/ fix for the same.
