How to change dynamically receivers name in the message body in the Alert Composer?

Hi All,

I am developing alert, which should send notification to the manager and hr representative, when employee projected end date reaches before 60 days.

If manager receives mail it should be addressed to the manager. If Hr representative receives the mail it should be addressed to the HR Representative.

Could anyone please let me know how can we achieve this.
